The SPEEDUP Ice Hockey app presents a range of features designed to enhance the experience for ice hockey enthusiasts. Below is an overview of its principal functionalities:

• SPEEDUP Radar: Transforms your smartphone or tablet into a speed radar.
• SPEEDUP Live: Enables real-time sharing of speed measurements with fellow players.
• SPEEDUP Analytics: Allows users to record and analyze training sessions.
• SPEEDUP Groups: Facilitates connections with ice hockey organizations, coaches, friends, and retailers, alongside the ability to create personalized SPEEDUP Groups.
• SPEEDUP Hot Spots: Identifies nearby players for speed challenges or practice sessions.

SPEEDUP Radar

The SPEEDUP Ice Hockey app provides three distinct methods for measuring puck speed:

1. On-the-ground: The device is placed flat on the ground.
2. Handheld: The device is held by the user.
3. Tripod: The device is securely mounted on a tripod.

SPEEDUP Live

The SPEEDUP Live technology enables broadcasting of speed measurements in real time across multiple devices, including TVs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Following a puck strike, speed data is instantly displayed on both the SPEEDUP Ice Hockey Live web interface and the integrated dashboard within the app. Only individuals who have received your unique SPEEDUP Live code can view your speed metrics, accessible through the app interface.

This feature encourages players to form or join communities interested in sharing speed measurements, such as establishing friendly competitions within their teams.

SPEEDUP Analytics

SPEEDUP Analytics offers ongoing access to your last 100 recorded speed measurements. Each entry includes:

• Date of measurement
• Puck speed relative to the ground
• An image displaying the puck's trajectory
• 3D and 2D visualizations of the puck’s path

The 'My Speedup' section allows for three-dimensional visualization of puck trajectories, which not only adds an element of entertainment but also provides insight into shot quality.

SPEEDUP Groups

SPEEDUP Groups serve as a platform for ice hockey enthusiasts to connect and foster their shared passion. This feature is beneficial for individuals, associations, retailers, and coaches looking to create new communities or enhance existing ones.

A SPEEDUP Hot Spot designates locations where users can convene for practice sessions and speed challenges.
